Fixes:

• Updated GameMaker 2 Engine to v.1.5. 
• Corrected collision bug in HTML5 where colliding with cars and corners occurred when sprites don't make contact
• Corrected animation issue occuring on some devices where transition flashes dramatically
• Made phone minigame harder(sorry.) Phone no longer spawns on further side of view, and will now be within a close distance to the car

By the way, still waiting for someone to BEAT THE WHOLE GAME! 

Based on Google Analytics (for the HTML5 version anyway, can't tell for the desktop version) no one has gotten further than Level 7! Who's going to be the first one to make it through the whole game?
